Hi Sal, there are a few options. You can download Adapt IT from SIL (http://carla.sil.org/adaptit.htm – which is what this database is for), use the Google Translator Toolkit (http://translate.google.com/toolkit?hl=en), or try out OmegaT (http://sourceforge.net/projects/omegat/ – still has some difficulty with Khmer, but it works pretty well). Let us know how it goes – and if you can, share your translation memory files with us so others can benefit.
